1. Find out who You are


Ask yourself the following questions and think carefully about them:

What are you like when you are alone?

How do you behave with certain people? Why is that and can you be yourself with them?

Were you calm or loud, open or closed before you were brought up.. or did you adapt?

Answer these questions for yourself and think about them, ideally even by writing them down. That way you will take big steps towards being your truly unique self.



2. Embrace your Uniqueness

10. Become yourself, step by step (& enjoy the process)


It is difficult to implement all these tips from one day to another. Therefore, try to introduce it step by step into your everyday life and do not forget to enjoy the process.
